The inspiring journey of 3 young entrepreneurs who built Hyderabad’s first floral-themed café from scratch.

A Dream in Bloom:

In a world where startups often chase investors and industry links, three young visionaries from Hyderabad are proving that heart, hustle, and creativity can build something extraordinary. Meet Likitha Samineni, Avirneni Jyothirmayee, and Sharat Burigari-the founders of La Vie en Rose Café, Hyderabad’s very first floral-themed café. What began as an emotional decision rooted in love for hospitality is now blossoming into a successful café chain that’s redefining community dining experiences in the city.

From Housekeeping Jobs Abroad to Hospitality Entrepreneurs:

After completing her master’s degree in Melbourne, Likitha, along with Jyothirmayee, was expected to follow the conventional path of settling abroad. But the call of home-and a shared dream-brought them back to India. During their time overseas, working in housekeeping jobs, the two developed a strong appreciation for hospitality and the art of creating warm, welcoming spaces. That experience planted the seed for what would eventually become La Vie en Rose Café.

No Industry Experience. No Funding. Just Pure Grit.

Without any background in the food and beverage industry, external funding, or family business backing, the trio decided to take the road less traveled. They invested every rupee of their personal savings to bring their dream to life. From painting the café walls by hand to curating the menu and learning business operations from scratch, every element of the café was built through sheer determination and love.

The Birth of La Vie en Rose Café:

The first café opened in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, with a unique floral theme that immediately stood out in the city’s F&B landscape. Designed to be more than just an eatery, La Vie en Rose was envisioned as a space for connection, celebration, and community. The interiors, service, and food reflect warmth and elegance, turning every visit into a memory.

From One Café to a Thriving Brand:

The overwhelming love for the original location led to expansion. The brand now boasts multiple outlets across Gachibowli and Kothapet, cementing its reputation as a go-to destination for all kinds of special moments. Whether it’s a birthday, a romantic proposal, or even a corporate workshop with clients like Accenture, La Vie en Rose has become a versatile space for personal and professional gatherings alike.

Looking Ahead: A Franchise Future.

With a proven business model and a loyal customer base, the team is now preparing to launch a franchise model and scale their dream across cities. What started with three friends and a bold idea is evolving into a powerful brand-built on the foundations of vision, consistency, and emotional connection.

A Story of Passion Over Privilege:

La Vie en Rose isn’t just a café. It’s a living proof that you don’t need venture capital or a wealthy background to build a successful brand. With passion, perseverance, and the right people beside you, anything is possible. As @likithasamineni and her co-founders continue to paint the city pink, their journey remains a powerful reminder that the best ventures grow from the heart.
