Startup Story (“We” or “Us” as the connotations) operates a website (https://startup-story.in/) on mobile/PC/laptop version and is engaged in the service of online education.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) describe the terms on which Startup Story grants end users access to the workshop (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) and shall be read with the Privacy Policy available on the workshop/website. Anyone below 18 years of age is assumed to be a child (“Child”) and requires parental consent to use the workshop. The users above 18 years of age are hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your” or “yours”. The term “Users” for the purposes of these Terms shall be read as You. Users also include all persons who access, browse, or sign up on the workshop for applying to teach on the workshop (“Applicant(s)”) and those selected to teach on the workshop (“Instructor(s)”).

PART – I
IMPORTANT TERMS

1. TERMS OF SERVICE
   By choosing to visit the workshop and/or avail any Services provided by Startup Story, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read all the terms carefully before accepting them. By your continued access or attendance in the workshop, you signify your express consent/acceptance to all the terms and you shall be legally bound by the Terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to all or any of the Terms of this agreement, promptly exit this page and stop accessing the Services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
   Startup Story facilitates online education services. The concept is to create a virtual classroom, which helps an individual to learn without any restrictions on time and place.
3. WORKSHOPS
   The workshops will have their sets of modules. Startup Story shall also grant you access to its material, content, curriculum, documents and other information and data (“Curriculum”) which may be in video, audio, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any other format in relation to the modules. Startup Story reserves the right to amend, revise or update the Workshop Curriculum at any time.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   You acknowledge that Startup Story is the sole and exclusive owner of the workshop, the services provided by Startup Story, the curriculum, and its content and as such is vested with all the Intellectual Property Rights and other proprietary rights in the workshop, the Services, content and the curriculum.

You agree and acknowledge that:

• Startup Story shall have the right to record the classes, discussions, processes, events, conversations, feedback, pertaining to the participation of the Users in the courses.
• Startup Story shall have an exclusive right throughout the world to use, publish, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, disseminate, market, advertise, license, transfer, modify, and create derivative works from such recorded content.
• You shall not copy, transmit, distribute or publish any such content.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT
   You agree not to:
   a. Hack, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or replicate the Service.
   b. Share any proprietary content without permission.
   c. Include external contact details within the platform.
   d. Use the Service to send unsolicited messages.
6. WORKSHOP AND REFUND
   All workshops are paid services. You agree to pay as per your selected plan. All payments once made are final and not subject to cancellation or refunds. Please carefully review workshop details before payment.
7. REFUND POLICY
   Startup Story does not offer refunds. All payments are final. Ensure you fully understand the offering before purchasing.
8. DISCLAIMER
   Content provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to harm, defame or malign any group or individual. Startup Story is not liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from content usage.

OTHER TERMS

9. USE BY APPLICANTS AND INSTRUCTORS
   Applicants may apply to teach by submitting their details. Selection is not guaranteed. Ratings left by users are not the responsibility of Startup Story.
10. LICENSE TO USE
    Startup Story grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use of the website. Unauthorized access or reproduction of content is prohibited.
11. USE BY CHILDREN
    Parents must consent to use by children under 18. Participation by minors must be supervised.
12. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
    Startup Story uses third-party tools governed by their own terms. You agree to such use by using the site.
13. THIRD PARTY PERMISSION
    You grant permission to third-party services subscribed by Startup Story to use your information for providing services.
14. FITNESS OF USE
    The workshop may have bugs or security limitations. Data security is not guaranteed.
15. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
